ALIKA a.s. has been a leading producer and supplier of natural or processed nuts and dried fruits on the Czech market since 1992. It is a Czech family company. The head ofice and the manufacturing plant are located near Prostějov, not far from the highway, which provides for prompt distribution within the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The company exports its products to Slovakia, Poland, Austria, the Netherlands and other EU countries.

We specialize in roasting of all kinds of nuts and their further processing, packaging and distributing. Thanks to the variable production possibilities we can offer different ways of nut processing, roasting on deep-frying lines, hot air roasting and packaging in many types of packages. Production of semifinished products for further processing was started in 2006. All nuts have to pass strict incoming control. They are cleared from rocks in a special line and then roasted in hot air and processed according to the clients’ requirements into the form of crumbs, dices, slices, flakes or flour. The packaging is also adjusted to customers’ needs – they can choose from a small 1 kg package, a medium 5 kg vacuum package or bulk package with 25 kg sacks. The whole process is checked by metal detectors. The semifinished products department cooperates with customers, analyzes their requirements and does frequent testings in the plant as well as with the customers.

The perfect quality of the products is closely monitored according to the HACCP standard and the quality of system management, production, development and sale is guaranteed by meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 every year. Since 2007, ALIKA a.s. has also been certified according to the IFS standards every year. In 2008 ALIKA was certified to BIO / Organic.

As a prospering company, ALIKA a.s. does not forget to help the socially weak. It regularly supports a number of charity projects with its products or financially. Every year we cooperate with several students who focus on food production in their dissertations. Our support also includes sports and culture. ALIKA a.s. is the general partner of the sport club JK ALIKA Čelčice oriented on horse riding and one of the main partners of the dancing school Pirouette Prostějov.
